How we work
Three things decide whether a film performs
Consistent gauge, clean edges, and what the polymer started as.
Intensive quality control
Every batch undergoes 7-point testing for tensile strength, cling, and micron accuracy before dispatch.
Gauge that drifts mid-roll changes how much film reaches the load, so a wrapper tuned on Monday is over- or under-wrapping by Thursday. Testing per batch is what keeps a setting valid across deliveries.
Precision finishing
Advanced slitting technology ensures flush roll edges, preventing telescoping and ensuring smooth machine runs.
A roll whose edges aren't flush walks sideways on the mandrel as it unwinds — telescoping. On a high-speed wrapper that means web breaks and a stopped line, which costs far more than the film did.
Advanced polymers
We use 100% virgin LLDPE resins to achieve products with the highest performance.
Reprocessed material carries contamination and inconsistent melt behaviour, which shows up as gels, thin spots and premature failure under load. Starting from virgin resin removes that variable.
Before dispatch
Checked on every batch
No roll leaves the works untested. Among the properties measured:
- Tensile strength
- How much force the web takes before it yields — what stops it snapping mid-wrap.
- Cling
- How well the film tacks to itself, so the last wrap holds instead of peeling back on the pallet.
- Micron accuracy
- Whether the gauge you ordered is the gauge on the roll, consistently across its width.
Tell us the load, we’ll tell you the film
Send us your width, micron and monthly volume and we’ll come back with a specification and a price.
